UKTC is proud to present Black Belt Club!

White Belt Club Recreational Training one class per week is designed as an introduction to Taekwon-Do and class training and preparation for students’ first grading. It is obvious to examiners that students who are training once a week, struggle at times, to complete grading requirements and therefore must grade at a slower rate. Students training only once a week sometimes risk giving up Taekwon-Do prematurely as they get bored and spend long period of times between gradings.

In an effort to avoid this situation for students and parents, Black Belt Club has been released across the UKTC. It generally consists of  two hours of classes each week. The programme is designed for those students who are determined and who wish to be nationally recognised black belts in the future in a reasonable time-scale, avoiding boredom through regular promotion.

Members of the club, can if they wish, purchase and wear Black Belt club dobok which is available from the UKTC shop.

Members are expected to attend generally two hours of class(es) each week to be eligible for regular promotion at their instructor’s discretion. They’re also able to access unlimited class training at no extra cost. This is a very valuable feature designed especially for those students who wish to attend extra training to prepare fully before their grading examination and help ensure promotion in future.

This training system also allows students greater freedom to train whenever it suits them. Black Belt Club places are limited throughout the year at each class so early application is advised.
